*on weekends and high seasons the pool is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm adults only. On weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) the pool is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and the sauna zone from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding the following dates:

• from December 22 to January 2
• Easter Holidays (Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday)
• “May Holidays” (April 28 – May 6)
• Corpus Christi (June 19 - June 22)

1. The identification number is located at the top of the Voucher. Each Voucher has its own unique number. It is not possible to change the number, it is the basis for determining the validity and conditions of use of the Voucher.
2. All Vouchers are recorded by the Reception Department of Osada Śnieżka.
3. The purchaser of the voucher must be an adult.
4. Purchasing a voucher is equivalent to accepting the terms and conditions.
5. Redemption of the voucher takes place according to the rules and promotions specified in the regulations. In situations not covered by the regulations, the rules for voucher redemption are individually agreed with the Osada Śnieżka Reservation Department and require email confirmation.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
7. The voucher can only be redeemed at the Osada Śnieżka Complex.
8. The voucher can be used only once without the possibility of division.
9. The purchaser/user, upon receiving the voucher, declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions, accept its content in full, and agree to comply with its provisions.
10. Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to change the Voucher Terms and Conditions. Any changes are effective from the date they are introduced by Osada Śnieżka, after the revised Terms and Conditions are made available.
11. Voucher validity: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date of Vouchers is not extended.
12. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.

      Terms of Use

1. The purchased Voucher is non-refundable.
2. Issuance of a VAT invoice will be possible only after the service has been rendered.
3. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
4. Any additional charges incurred during the stay at Osada Śnieżka not covered by the voucher amount will be added to the bill of the person redeeming the voucher. The person redeeming the voucher is obliged to pay the difference between the voucher value and the final settlement amount of the stay no later than at the time of check-out.
5. Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if:

• The Voucher's validity period has expired.
• Damage to the Voucher prevents reading the data recorded on the Voucher.
• No prior reservation of the stay was made and due to occupancy, it is not possible to provide the service.
