  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Osada Śnieżka website (hereinafter: the Website)

To ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Controller operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations compliant with applicable legal provisions on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

    2. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed incompatibly with those purposes,

    1. responding to user enquiries submitted via the contact form, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
    2. accepting bookings through the online booking system, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    3. providing services supplied by the Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    4. marketing, including sending commercial information to an email address where the Customer has consented by selecting the relevant box during the booking process, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent to data processing for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the message received or by sending such a request to the Controller’s email address,
    5. pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interest in specific cases pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection,
