Terms and Conditions of Voucher Purchase
The identification number is located at the top of the Voucher. Each Voucher has its unique number. It is not possible to change the number, it serves as the basis for determining the validity and conditions of using the Voucher.
All Vouchers are recorded by the Reception Department of Osada Śnieżka.
The purchaser of the voucher must be an adult.
Purchasing the Voucher is equivalent to accepting the regulations.
The Voucher redemption is carried out according to the rules and promotions specified in the regulations. In situations not covered by the regulations, the rules for voucher redemption are individually agreed with the Osada Śnieżka Reservation Department and require email confirmation.
The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
The Voucher can only be redeemed at the Albero Restaurant in the Osada Śnieżka Complex.
The Voucher can be used once without the possibility of splitting.
The Buyer/User upon receiving the Voucher declares that they have read the content of these Regulations, accept its content in full, and undertake to comply with its provisions.
Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to change the Voucher Regulations. All changes apply from the date of implementation by Osada Śnieżka, after making the amended Regulations available.
Voucher validity: The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Voucher validity dates are not extended.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
Terms of use
The purchased Voucher is non-refundable.
Issuance of a VAT invoice will be possible only after the service has been provided.
Vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
Any additional charges incurred during the stay at Osada Śnieżka not covered by the voucher amount will be added to the bill of the person redeeming the voucher. The person redeeming the voucher is required to pay the difference between the voucher value and the final settlement amount no later than at the time of check-out.
Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher if:
The Voucher has expired.
Damage to the Voucher makes it impossible to read the data recorded on the Voucher.
No prior reservation of the stay was made and due to occupancy it is not possible to provide the service.
