<p><span>Looking for a gift idea? Want to surprise someone special? Give a gift voucher that the recipient can use for any service at Osada Śnieżka.</span></p>

  1. The identification number is at the top of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number that cannot be changed; it determines validity and usage terms.
  2. All Vouchers are recorded by the Osada Śnieżka Reception Department.
  3. The Voucher buyer must be an adult.
  4. Buying a voucher means you accept the terms and
  5. Voucher redemption follows the rules and promotions stated in the terms. For cases not covered, terms are set individually with Osada Śnieżka Reservations and require email confirmation.
  6. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. The Voucher can only be used at Osada Śnieżka Complex.
  8. The Voucher is single-use and cannot be split.
  9. By receiving the Voucher, the buyer/user confirms reading, fully accepting the terms, and agrees to comply.
  10. Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to change the Voucher Terms. Changes apply from the date of release after publication.
  11. Voucher validity: valid for 12 months from receipt. Expiry dates are not extended.
  12. Vouchers cannot be used with other offers.

 

Usage rules

  1. Purchased Vouchers are non-refundable.
  2. VAT invoices will be issued only after the service is completed.
  3. Any extra charges during the stay at Osada Śnieżka beyond the voucher amount will be added to the bill of the voucher user, who must pay the difference by checkout.
  4. Osada Śnieżka may refuse voucher redemption if:
  • The Voucher has expired.
  • Voucher damage prevents reading the data on it.
  • No prior reservation was made and due to occupancy, the service cannot be provided.
