Voucher purchase conditions

  1. Identification numer is at the topof the voucher. Every voucher has its own unique numer. There is no possibility to change the voucher numer, it is the basis for determining the validity and terms of use of the Voucher
  2. All vouchers are recorded by the Reservation Department of Osada Śnieżka.
  3. The purchaser of the voucher may be an adult.
  4. The purchase of a Voucher is tantamount to acceptance of the regulations
  5. The implementation of the voucher takes place on the terms and promotions specified in the regulations. In situations not covered by teh regulations, the rules for redeeming the voucher are agreed individually with the Reservation Department of Osada Śnieżka and require e-mail confirmation.
  6. Voucher can not be exchange for cash equivalent.
  7. Voucher can be redeemed ony in Osada Śnieżka Complex.
  8. Voucher can be used one time and can not be split.
  9. Purchaser/user upon receipt of the Voucher, declares that he has read the content of these regulations, accepts its content in its entirety and undertakes to comply with its provisions.
  10. Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to change the regulations of the voucher.
  11. Voucher validity: Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.
  12. Voucher validity dat eis not extended.
  13. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.

 

 

Terms of use:

  1. The purchased voucher is non-refudable.
  2. It will be posssible to issue a VAT invoice only after the service has been completed
  3. Vouchers cannot be combined
  4. Any additional charges arising during the stay in Osada Śnieża not covered by the voucher amount will be added to the account of the person redeeming the voucher.The person redeeming the Voucher is obliged to pay the amount constituting the difference between the value of the Voucher and the final amount of the stay settlement at the latest at the time of check-out
  5. Osada Śnieżka has the right to drefuse to redeem the voucher when:
    • The voucher has expired
    • Damage to the voucher makes it impossible to read the data stored on the voucher
    • The stay has not been booked in advance and due to the occupancy it is not possible to provide the service
