Activities for adults
Bike trails
Did you know that in the Jelenia Góra Valley there is a network of cycling routes popular among bike enthusiasts? International trails cross here: ER 2 - “Liczyrzepa Trail,” ER 6 – “Bóbr Valley Trail,” and ER 7 – “Izerskie Foothills Trail.” Well-maintained bike paths lead from Jelenia Góra to the “Pearl of the West” and Łomnica, and new grade-separated paths are being created along the city’s exit roads. Cycling races and marathons are held around the city.

Yoga, Pilates, or maybe morning stretching? Our trainers will ensure every morning boosts your energy!
Gym
Guests can use our gym with treadmill, elliptical, bike, weight machine, dumbbells, kettlebells, plus mats and bands for stretching and calisthenics.
Indoor pool and aqua fitness
The 17m x 8m recreational pool is perfect for active fun. Aqua Aerobics led by our Instructors combines exercise with great entertainment.
Hit the trail
Osada Śnieżka is an ideal base for nearby trails. Located between the Karkonosze and Rudawy Janowickie Mountains, it offers something for every hiker, even beginners.
Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking engages up to 90% of the muscles. It evenly exercises the muscles of the legs, chest, arms and back... and what if you add views of the Karkonosze or Rudawy Mountains? Nordic Walking is one of our Guests’ favourite activities.

Karkonosze Singletracks: Giant Mts Range
Single tracks in the Karkonosze Mountains are great fun for both athletes and amateurs. Over 70km of trails are available for biking enthusiasts. The official name of the trail complex is "Olbrzymy Bike Range." Trails are located in Jelenia Góra, Podgórzyn, Piechowice, Zachełmie, Przesieka, and Borowice.
Ice swimming at Podgórna Waterfall
At 547 m altitude, Podgórna Waterfall is the third highest in the Karkonosze Mountains on Poland's side, drawing winter swimmers nationwide.
Cross-country skiing
Family cross-country skiing nearby is a great way to enjoy an active winter day: fresh air, snow under your skis, forest surroundings and beautiful mountain views.
Three cross-country trails await in Karpacz:
- OW Stokrotka — ideal for beginners and training
- Równia pod Śnieżką — high-mountain atmosphere
- Droga Chomontowa — peace and closeness to nature

Ski resorts and lifts
Go on a winter adventure! Slopes, modern lifts, and illuminated ski trails:
- WINTERPOL Karpacz – a modern 6-seater lift with heated seats, lit slopes, and a ski school.
- Karpacz Ski Arena – the largest resort in the region with slopes of varying difficulty and the “Zbyszek” lift to Kopa.
- SKIMU Malá Úpa (Czech Republic) – two resorts connected by ski buses, wide slopes, and excellent snow conditions.
- Pod Wangiem – a family-friendly slope with lighting, rental services, and an instructor.
