Outdoor summer pools
Water fun is essential for a great holiday, and we know it! Our Guests can enjoy a summer wellness area located in the heart of the complex, including a 15m x 8m swimming pool with sun loungers, children’s pools with heated water and a sandy beach hosting numerous activities for children and adults.

Indoor pool
Every parent knows the best fun is in the pool!
Little water enthusiasts can splash in the indoor pool’s paddling pool, and in summer, in the outdoor heated paddling pools with access to a sandy beach.
Game Room
A kingdom of fun for teenagers and beyond: the game room! Arcade machines, billiard room, PlayStation consoles — a sure cure for a boring cloudy day. Visit the main building, 1st floor.
Kids Club
In the apartment section, the two-level KIDS CLUB is a paradise for kids! The ground floor has a monkey gym, many cars, and ride-ons. Level -1 features mega blocks, rockers, and playhouses. Every child will find something fun!
Playground
Outdoor fun is essential for family vacations, so we offer 2 playgrounds on the property. One, located by the Reception, features a zip line, swings, and our Mini-Snow Mountain. The other, on the sandy beach, offers a slide, various climbing frames, and swings.

Meet the cheerful gang of animals from Osadkowo, who will brighten your family's stay for your little ones.
Horse Kamillo, Panda Wanda, Giraffe Lola, Bee Ula, Penguin Sylwester, Tiger Rysio, and Squirrel Basia are a team you won't get bored with. Spirited Squirrel Basia often appears throughout the hotel, welcomes the youngest guests at Reception, takes souvenir photos with children, or enjoys the evening mini disco and can't wait for the one-of-a-kind Tiger Ryszard to join her. Osadkowo animals will take all children on a journey to a distant galaxy, a world of fairy tales, and the realm of wild animals. See for yourselves!
Osadowy dolphin
You won’t find another attraction like this at any hotel in the Karkonosze! Our little dolphin shuttles guests between Reception and the farthest apartments, serenaded by the cheerful song "Oooooo Osada Śnieżka..."
A ride on the little dolphin delights adults and kids alike. You have to try it! :)

Child Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our priority, so please read our child policy.- Children under 3 stay FREE. Each registered person receives a towel.
- Children sharing a bed with parents do not receive extra bedding. Bedding can be purchased for a child at 30 PLN/stay.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.
- We offer amenities for the little ones: travel cot with bedding and towels (extra charge), free on request: high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer, changing mat.
