SPA Regulations
- Payment for treatments can be made by cash or card ONLY at the SPA reception. For hotel guests, treatment charges CANNOT be added to the room bill.
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment without a discount.
- We recommend booking treatments several days in advance. Without prior reservation, we cannot guarantee treatment availability.
- We respect your privacy. Therefore, disposable underwear is provided for body treatments. Only the part of the body being massaged is uncovered during the massage.
- We do not recommend heavy meals before rituals and massages.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited on SPA premises. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if the guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
- Children under 16 may use SPA treatments with guardian consent; presence on SPA premises is allowed only when accompanied by guardians.
- For cancellations, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance for individual bookings and at least 24 hours in advance for group bookings (5 or more people). Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
- If using an invitation or discount coupon, please inform our staff in advance.
