Voucher valid 12 months from purchase date, except these dates:

  • 22 December to 2 January
  • Easter (Good Friday, Holy Saturday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday)
  • “May holiday” (28 April – 6 May)
  • Corpus Christi (19 June - 22 June)

  1. The identification number is at the top of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and determines the Voucher’s validity and usage terms.
  2. All Vouchers are recorded by the Reception Department of Osada Śnieżka.
  3. The voucher may be purchased by an adult.
  4. Voucher purchase means accepting the terms and conditions
  5. The voucher is redeemed under the terms and promotions set out in the regulations. For matters not covered, redemption terms are agreed individually with the Osada Śnieżka Reservations Department and require email confirmation.
  6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. The voucher may be redeemed only at the Osada Śnieżka Complex.
  8. The voucher may be used once only and cannot be divided.
  9. By receiving the Voucher, the Buyer/User confirms having read these Terms and Conditions, accepts them in full and undertakes to comply with them.
  10. Osada Śnieżka reserves the right to amend the Voucher Terms and Conditions. Amendments apply from the date Osada Śnieżka introduces them, once amended terms are available.
  11. Voucher validity: 12 months from purchase date; it cannot be extended.
  12. Voucher use excludes other promotions.

 

Usage terms

  1. The purchased Voucher is non-refundable.
  2. A VAT invoice can be issued only after the service has been provided.
  3. Vouchers cannot be combined.
  4. Additional charges incurred during the stay at Osada Śnieżka and not covered by the voucher will be added to the redeemer’s bill. The redeemer must pay the difference between the voucher value and the final stay balance no later than check-out.
  5. Osada Śnieżka may refuse to redeem the Voucher if:
  • The Voucher has expired.
  • The Voucher is damaged so its data cannot be read.
  • The stay was not booked in advance and, due to occupancy, the service cannot be provided.
