Voucher Purchase Terms
- The identification number is at the top of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. The number cannot be changed and is used to determine validity and usage terms.
- All Vouchers are recorded by the Snowy Settlement Reception Department.
- The voucher purchaser must be an adult.
- Buying a Voucher means you accept all terms and
- Voucher redemption follows the rules and offers in the terms. For cases not covered, rules are set individually with Snowy Settlement Reservation Department and require email confirmation.
- The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Voucher can only be used at Albero Restaurant in the Snowy Settlement Complex.
- The Voucher can be used only once and cannot be split.
- The Buyer/User confirms upon receiving the Voucher that they have read, accept, and agree to comply with these Terms.
- Snowy Settlement reserves the right to change the Voucher Terms. Changes apply from the date they are introduced and the updated Terms are published.
- Voucher validity: 12 months from the purchase date. Validity is not extended.

Usage rules
- Purchased Vouchers are non-refundable.
- VAT invoice can only be issued after the service is completed.
- Vouchers cannot be combined.
- Any extra charges during the stay not covered by the voucher will be added to the bill of the voucher user, who must pay the difference by checkout.
- Snowy Settlement may refuse Voucher redemption if:
- Voucher expiry date has passed.
- Voucher damage prevents reading the data on it.
- No prior reservation was made and due to occupancy the service cannot be provided.
