Our youngest guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our children’s policy.

- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child may be purchased for PLN 30/stay.

- The property reception is open daily 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. If arriving after 23:00, guests must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. Extension is possible subject to apartment availability and an additional fee.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.
- Guests with pets can stay in the apartment section. Pet fee: PLN 50 / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for young children: travel cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
