Policy regarding free children
The comfort of our youngest guests is our top priority, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the policy regarding children.

• Stay of children up to 3 years old is FREE.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for the child at a price of 30 PLN/stay.
• In case of stay with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be presented at check-in.

• Indoor swimming pool complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on the -1 floor.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on the -1 floor is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  Modern sports space located in the apartment section where fitness classes are held.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among attractions: playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room and Magic Slots.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find here PlayStation consoles, billiards and slot machines. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*on weekends and peak seasons the pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00, from 20:30 to 22:00 only adults are allowed.

• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental – seasonal operation
• Bistro under the Snowy Mountain – seasonal operation
• Woodhill – private relaxation zone: sauna, tub, sunbeds, hammocks and atmospheric grill hut. Possibility of a session with a sauna master.

• Offer price does not include parking fee on the premises: 30 PLN / day.
• Reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is only possible until 23:00. In case of planned arrival after 23:00, the guest is obliged to contact the reception in advance to agree on the possibility of late check-in.
• Document confirming the child's age – required at check-in when staying with children.
• Hotel day: 16:00 – 11:00. Possibility of extension subject to apartment availability (for an additional fee).
• Stay with a pet: available in the apartment section. Cost: 50 PLN / day.
• Unused services are non-refundable.
• For the youngest guests, we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer and changing mat.
