Policy regarding free children
The comfort of our youngest Guests is most important to us, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules regarding children.

• Stay for children up to 3 years is FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at a price of 30 PLN/stay.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented upon check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports space located in the apartment section where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among attractions: playroom, monkey bars, drawing corner, small cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and gaming machines here. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

*on weekends and high seasons the pool is open from 10:00 to 22:00, from 20:30 to 22:00 only adults are allowed.

• Restaurant a'la carte Albero – traditional dishes with a modern twist and refreshing drinks.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro pod Śnieżką – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation zone: sauna, hot tub, deck chairs, hammocks, and atmospheric grill hut. Possibility of sauna session with a sauna master.

• Offer price does not include parking fee on the complex site: 30 PLN / day.
• The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. In case of planned arrival after 23:00, the Guest is obliged to contact the reception in advance to arrange the possibility of late check-in.
• Document confirming the child's age – required at check-in when staying with children.
• Hotel day: 16:00 – 11:00. Possibility to extend subject to apartment availability (for an additional fee).
• Pet stay: available in the apartment section. Cost: 50 PLN / day.
• Unused services are non-refundable.
• For the youngest we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel does not apply to children staying free of charge), high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing mat.
