Policy regarding children staying free of charge
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, which is why we invite you to familiarise yourself with our policy regarding children.

• Children up to 3 years old stay for FREE.
• Children sleeping in the same bed as their parents do not receive additional bed linen. It is possible to purchase bed linen for a child at a price of PLN 30/stay.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest guests and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna area on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, as well as a salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports area located in the apartment section, where fitness classes are held.
  You will also find a billiards table here – a moment of relaxation and fun competition.
  
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Attractions include: a playroom, jungle gym, drawing corner, cinema room and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles and arcade games here. We invite you to the main building, first floor.

*on weekends and during peak seasons, the pool is open from 10:00-22:00; from 20:30-22:00, adults only are welcome.

• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages by Eldan Cosmetics
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro pod Śnieżką – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation area: sauna, hot tub, sun loungers, hammocks and an atmospheric barbecue hut.

• The offer price does not include the fee for parking on the complex premises: PLN 30 / day.
• The property's reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, you are required to contact reception in advance to arrange the possibility of late check-in.
• Document confirming the child's age – required at check-in when staying with children.
• Hotel day: 16:00 – 11:00. Extension subject to apartment availability (for an additional fee).
• Stay with a pet: available in the apartment section. Cost: PLN 50 / day.
• Unused services are non-refundable.
• For our youngest guests, we offer the following paid amenities: travel cot with bed linen, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
