Only at Osada Śnieżka! We are proud to announce that we are a pet-friendly facility welcoming guests traveling with their pets. For many guests, their pets are like family and also deserve a break. Here, they can freely run around the 7-hectare area, and proximity to forests and meadows encourages long walks in the fresh air. We offer petFACILITIES at Osada Śnieżka: spacious apartments, dispensers with plastic bags and bins, dog washer, water fountains for pets on the premises.

Policy regarding free children
The comfort of our youngest guests is most important to us, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of the children’s policy.

Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE.
Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. There is an option to purchase bedding for the child at 30 PLN/stay.
When staying with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be presented at check-in.

Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and arcade games. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

Important information

The offer price does not include parking fees on the complex premises: 30 PLN/day.
The reception is open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Check-in is possible only until 11:00 PM. In case of planned arrival after 11:00 PM, the guest is required to contact the reception in advance to arrange a later check-in.
Document confirming the child’s age – required at check-in when staying with children.
Hotel day: 4:00 PM – 11:00 AM. Extension possible depending on apartment availability (for an additional fee).
Stay with a pet: available in the apartment section. Cost: 50 PLN / day.
Unused services are non-refundable.
For the youngest we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bath, bottle warmer, and changing table.

Starter pack for your dog

Four-legged guests are greeted with a welcome kit that includes a guide with a map of dog-friendly spots around the resort, a bowl, towel, and waste bags.

Additionally, you’ll find Dog Water Stations in several areas of the resort, as well as a special wash zone for cleaning paws or giving your pup a quick rinse after a walk.

Direct exit from Osada Śnieżka to the forest,
