Our youngest Guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our children’s policy.
- Children up to 3 years stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child can be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.

- Reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Check-in is available only until 23:00. Guests arriving after 23:00 must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. Extension is possible subject to apartment availability and an extra fee.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.
- Guests with pets can stay in the apartment wing. Pet fee: PLN 50 / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for children: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel excluded for free-staying children), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
