Holiday with your dog?
Only at Osada Śnieżka! We are proud to welcome Guests travelling with their pets. For many Guests, pets are family and deserve a holiday too. Here, they can run freely across our 7-hectare grounds, while nearby forests and meadows invite long walks outdoors. Osada Śnieżka offers pet-friendly facilities: spacious apartments, bag dispensers and bins, a dog wash station, and water bowls for pets around the property.
Free stays for children policy
Our youngest Guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our children’s policy.
- Children up to 3 stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra linen. Bed linen for a child can be purchased for 30 PLN/stay.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.
- Indoor pool complex*
A relaxation and water-play area for the whole family is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with slide for little ones and a recreational pool encourage relaxation and activity. - Sauna zone on level -1 is a place for deep regeneration.
Finnish, infrared and steam saunas, plus salt and ice caves. - Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area in the apartment section, hosting fitness classes. You will also find a billiard table – for relaxation and friendly competition. - Kids Club in the apartment section is a land of children’s smiles!
Attractions include a playroom, jungle gym, drawing corner, cinema room and Magic Machines. - Game Room offers fun for adults and children!

- The property reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is available only until 23:00. If arriving after 23:00, Guests must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Proof of the child’s age – required at check-in when staying with children.
- Hotel day: 16:00 – 11:00. Extension possible subject to apartment availability (extra charge).
- Pet stays: available in the apartment section. Cost: 50 PLN / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for young children: travel cot with linen, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
