Holiday with your dog?
Only at Osada Śnieżka! We are proud to welcome Guests travelling with their pets. For many Guests, pets are family and deserve a holiday too. Here, they can run freely across our 7-hectare grounds, while nearby forests and meadows invite long walks in the fresh air. Our dog-friendly facilities at Osada Śnieżka include spacious apartments, dispensers with waste bags and bins, a dog wash, and water bowls for pets throughout the property.
Free stays for children policy
Our youngest Guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our children’s policy.
- Children under 3 stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child may be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, an ID confirming the child’s age must be shown at check-in.
- Indoor pool complex*
A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is on floor -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for little ones and a leisure pool encourage relaxation and activity. - Sauna area on floor -1 is a place for deep regeneration.
Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, salt cave and ice cave. - Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area in the apartment section, hosting fitness classes. You will also find a billiards table – a moment of relaxation and fun competition. - Kids Club in the apartment section is a world of children’s smiles!
Attractions include a playroom, jungle gym, drawing corner, mini cinema and Magic Machines. - Game Room is fun for adults and children alike!

- The property reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Check-in is possible only until 23:00. Guests planning to arrive after 23:00 must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Document confirming the child’s age – required at check-in when staying with children.
- Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. Extension subject to apartment availability (additional fee).
- Stays with pets: available in the apartment section. Cost: PLN 50 / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for our youngest Guests: travel cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
