- Reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Check-in is possible only until 23:00. Guests planning to arrive after 23:00 must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Document confirming the child’s age – required at check-in when staying with children.
- Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. Extension subject to apartment availability (extra charge).
- Pet stays: available in the apartment wing. Cost: PLN 50 / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for the youngest guests: cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
