Free stays for children policy
Our youngest Guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our children’s policy.
- Children under 3 stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child can be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, an ID confirming the child’s age must be shown at check-in.
- Indoor pool complex*
A space for family relaxation and water fun is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for young children and a leisure pool for relaxation and activity. - Sauna zone on level -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
Finnish and infrared saunas, steam room, salt cave and ice cave. - Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area in the apartment section, hosting fitness classes.
There is also a billiards table for relaxation and friendly competition. - Kids Club in the apartment section is a world full of children’s smiles!

- Reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Check-in is possible only until 23:00. Guests arriving after 23:00 must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00 - 11:00. Extension is possible subject to apartment availability and an extra fee.
- When staying with children, an ID confirming the child’s age must be shown at check-in.
- Guests with pets can stay in the apartment section. Pet fee: PLN 50 / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for the youngest guests: travel cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
