Free children policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is the most important to us, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the children's policy rules.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive extra bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for the child at the price of 30 PLN/stay.
• When staying with children, upon check-in please present a document confirming the child's age.

• Indoor swimming complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family located on the -1 floor.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on the -1 floor is a place for deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  Modern sports space located in the apartment area, where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment area is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards and arcade machines here. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, we welcome only adults.

• Albero a'la carte Restaurant – traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro under Śnieżka – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation zone: sauna, tub, sunbeds, hammocks and atmospheric grill hut.

• The offer price does not include parking fees on the complex's premises: 30 PLN / day.
• The reception desk is open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Guest check-in is possible only until 11:00 PM. For planned arrivals after 11:00 PM, the Guest is obliged to contact the reception in advance to arrange the possibility of late check-in.
• Hotel day 4:00 PM - 11:00 AM. It is possible to extend the hotel day depending on apartment availability for an extra charge.
• When staying with children, upon check-in please present a document confirming the child's age.
• For Guests with pets, we offer stays in the apartment area. The cost of pet stay: 50 PLN / day.
• Non-use of any service does not result in a refund.
• For the youngest we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel does not apply to children staying for free), high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer and changing table.
