Free Child Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the child policy rules.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at PLN 30/stay.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented upon check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family located on the -1 floor.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna area on the -1 floor is a place for deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, and also salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports area located in the apartment section where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and gaming machines. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 20:30 to 22:00 only adults are welcome.

• Albero a'la carte restaurant - traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 - relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental - open seasonally
• Woodhill - private relaxation area: sauna, tub, loungers, hammocks, and atmospheric grill hut.

• The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 11 PM, you must contact the reception in advance to arrange a late check-in.
• Hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. It is possible to extend your hotel stay depending on apartment availability for an extra charge.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented upon check-in.
• For guests with pets, stay is offered in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / per day.
• Non-utilization of any service does not entitle to a refund.
• For the youngest guests, we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing table.
