Free child policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the child policy rules.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at the price of 30 PLN/stay.
• In case of stay with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented upon check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on the -1 floor.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on the -1 floor is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  Modern sports space located in the apartment section, where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is an entertainment place not only for children!
  Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards and arcade games. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM we welcome adults only.

• Albero a'la carte Restaurant – traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
  The Albero Restaurant will be closed on Christmas Eve, 24.12.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports Equipment Rental – open seasonally
• Bistro under Śnieżka – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation area: sauna, tub, sun loungers, hammocks, and atmospheric grill hut. Option for a session with a sauna master.

• The offer price does not include parking fees on the complex premises: 30 PLN / day.
• The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is only possible until 23:00. In case of planned arrival after 23:00, the guest is required to contact the reception in advance to arrange a later check-in.
• Hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional fee.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.
• For guests with pets, we offer accommodation in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / day.
• Non-utilization of any service does not entitle to a refund.
• For the youngest guests, we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towels do not apply to children staying free of charge), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer, and changing table.
