Free Children Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, so please familiarize yourself with the principles of our children policy.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE.
• Children sleeping with their parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for the child at the price of 30 PLN/stay.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented during check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports space located in the apartment part where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment area is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is an entertainment place not only for kids!
  Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and game machines. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM we invite adults only.

• Albero a'la carte Restaurant - traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 - relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental - seasonal operation
• Bistro pod Śnieżką - seasonal operation
• Woodhill - private relaxation zone: sauna, tub, sun loungers, hammocks, and atmospheric grill hut. Possibility of a session with a sauna master.

• The offer price does not include parking fee within the complex: 30 PLN / per day.
• The reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is only possible until 23:00. In the case of planned arrival after 23:00, the guest is obliged to contact the reception in advance to arrange the possibility of a later check-in.
• Hotel day 16:00 - 13:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional fee.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be presented during check-in.
• For guests with pets, we offer stays in the apartment part. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / per day.
• Non-use of any service does not entitle to a refund.
• For the youngest guests, paid amenities are offered: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing mat.
