Sauna Zone - a space full of relaxation and harmony
The sauna zone is a space created for those who like to combine relaxation with natural forms of regeneration. Here you will find: Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, salt grotto, and ice grotto. Everyone will find their favorite way to unwind.
In the Finnish sauna, you will warm up your body, relieve muscle and joint tension. Infrared works more gently, supporting skin condition and reducing tension. The steam bath is great for the respiratory tract, and the contrasting transition from the sauna to the ice grotto is the best way to strengthen the body. The salt grotto, thanks to microelements, supports the circulatory system and immunity.
The sauna zone is also available for children, while on weekends after 8:30 PM the space becomes adults-only, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
