- Reception is open daily from 6:00 AM to midnight. Check-in is only possible until 11:00 PM. For arrivals after 11:00 PM, guests must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- For stays with children, proof of child’s age must be shown during check-in.
- Guests with pets are offered stays in the apartment section. Pet fee: 50 PLN / night.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- For the youngest, paid amenities are available: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing table.
