Policy for children staying free
Our youngest Guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our policy for children.
- Children up to age 3 stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child can be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.
- Indoor pool complex*
A space for family relaxation and water fun is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for little ones and a leisure pool encourage relaxation and activity. - Sauna area on level -1 is a place for deep regeneration.
Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, salt cave and ice cave. - Fitness room and gym.
A modern sports area in the apartment section, hosting fitness classes. - Kids Club in the apartment section is a land of children’s smiles!
Attractions include a playroom, soft-play maze, drawing corner, cinema room and Magic Machines. - Game Room is fun for adults too!

- The property reception is open daily 06:00–24:00. Check-in is possible only until 23:00. If arriving after 23:00, please contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. Extending the hotel day is possible subject to apartment availability and an extra fee.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.
- Guests with pets can stay in the apartment section. Pet fee: PLN 50 / night.
- Failure to use any service does not entitle guests to a refund.
- Paid amenities for little ones: cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
