Important information

Hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. Extension possible subject to apartment availability for an extra fee.
Reception is open daily from 6:00 AM to midnight. Check-in is only possible until 11:00 PM. For arrivals after 11:00 PM, guests must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
For stays with children, proof of child’s age must be shown during check-in.
Guests with pets are offered stays in the apartment section. Pet fee: 50 PLN / night.
Unused services are non-refundable.
For the youngest, paid amenities are available: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing table.

Bicycle routes

Did you know that in the Jelenia Góra Valley a network of cycling routes has been laid out, eagerly used by bike enthusiasts? International trails intersect here: ER 2 - “Liczyrzepa Trail”, ER 6 – “Bóbr Valley Trail”, and ER 7 – “Izerskie Foothills Trail”. From Jelenia Góra to the “Pearl of the West” and Łomnica, excellent bike paths lead the way, and new, collision-free paths are being created along the main city exit roads. Cycling races and marathons are organized around the city.
