Policy for free stays for children
Our youngest guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our child policy.
- Children under 3 stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents’ bed do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child can be purchased for 30 PLN/stay.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.

A space for relaxation and family water fun is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for little ones and a recreational pool for relaxation and activity. - Sauna area on level -1 is a place for deep regeneration.
Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, plus salt and ice caves. - Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports space in the apartment wing, hosting fitness classes.
You will also find a pool table here – for relaxation and fun competition. - Kids Club in the apartment wing is a world of children’s smiles!

- The property reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, please contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00 - 11:00. Extending the hotel day is possible subject to apartment availability and an additional fee.
- When staying with children, please show proof of the child’s age at check-in.
- Guests with pets can stay in the apartment wing. Pet fee: 50 PLN / day.
- Failure to use any included service does not entitle guests to a refund.
- Paid amenities for our youngest guests: travel cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
