Policy regarding complimentary children
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, therefore we invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of the child policy.

• Children up to 3 years stay FREE. Each registered person receives a towel.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at the price of 30 PLN/stay.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  The relaxation and water play area for the whole family is located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the little ones and a recreational pool suitable for relaxation and activity.
• Sauna area on floor -1 is a place for deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as a salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports space located in the apartment section where fitness classes are held.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, climbing area, artist's corner, mini cinema and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is an entertainment place not only for children!
  Here you will find PlayStation consoles, billiards and arcade machines. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 20:30 to 22:00 we welcome adults only.

• Albero a'la carte Restaurant – traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro pod Śnieżką – open seasonally
• Woodhill – a private relaxation area: sauna, hot tub, sunbeds, hammocks and an atmospheric grill hut.

• The price of the offer does not include the parking fee on the premises of the complex: 30 PLN / per day.
• The reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. In case of planned arrival after 23:00, the Guest is obliged to contact the reception in advance to arrange the possibility of a late check-in.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.
• The hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional fee.
• For guests with a pet we offer stay in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / per day. Animals may not be present in restaurant rooms during meals.
• Non-use of any service does not result in a refund.
• For the little ones we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel does not apply to children staying free of charge), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
