Free Child Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our priority, so please familiarize yourself with the rules concerning children.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. There is an option to purchase bedding for the child at a price of 30 PLN/stay.
• When staying with children, an identity document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.

• Indoor swimming complex*
  A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  Modern sports space located in the apartment section, where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among attractions: playroom, monkey gym, drawing corner, cinema room and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards and game machines here. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm we invite adults only.

• Albero a'la carte Restaurant - traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 - relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental - seasonal operation
• Bistro pod Śnieżką - seasonal operation
• Woodhill - private relaxation zone: sauna, tub, deck chairs, hammocks and atmospheric grill hut. Possibility of sessions with a sauna master.

• The offer price does not include parking fee at the complex: 30 PLN / day.
• The reception is open daily from 6:00 am to 12:00 am. Check-in is possible only until 11:00 pm. In case of planned arrival after 11:00 pm, guests are required to contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
• Hotel day 16:00 - 11:00. Possibility of extending the hotel day depending on apartment availability for an additional fee.
• When staying with children, an identity document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.
• For guests with pets, stay is offered in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / day.
• Non-use of any service does not entitle to a refund.
• For the youngest guests we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer and changing table.
