Free Child Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our top priority, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the child policy rules.

Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at a price of 30 PLN/stay.
When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.

A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
Sauna zone on the -1 floor is a place of deep regeneration.

Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area located in the apartment section, where fitness classes are held.
Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
Among the attractions: playroom, monkey playground, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.

You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and arcade machines here. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

*on weekends and high seasons the pool is open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM only adults are allowed. On weekdays (from Sunday to Thursday) the pool is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the sauna zone from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Important information

The offer price does not include parking fees on the premises: 30 PLN / day.
Hotel day from 16:00 to 11:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional fee.
When staying with children, an age verification document must be presented upon check-in.
For guests with pets, stay is offered in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / day.
Non-use of any service does not entitle to a refund.
For the youngest guests, paid amenities are available: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel not included for free-staying children), high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing table.

Osada Śnieżka is the perfect starting point for passionate skiers and snowboarders. Nearby you will find the most popular Polish ski resorts – Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba, as well as charming Czech resorts located just across the border – Malá Úpa and Pec pod Sněžkou. In addition to ski slopes of various difficulty levels, the nearby resorts also offer tubing and sledding runs as well as an ice rink.
