Policy regarding free children
The comfort of our youngest guests is our top priority, so please familiarize yourself with the child policy rules.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE.
• Children sleeping with parents in the same bed do not receive extra bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at 30 PLN/stay.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be presented upon check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  Relaxation and water fun space for the whole family is located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna area on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as a salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  Modern sports area located in the apartment section where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children’s smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey jungle gym, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and game machines. Welcome to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM only adults are invited.

• Boutique SPA No. 7 - relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand

• The offer price does not include parking fees on the premises: 30 PLN / day.
• The reception desk is open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Guest check-in is only possible until 11:00 PM. In case of planned arrival after 11:00 PM, the guest is required to contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
• Hotel day 4:00 PM - 11:00 AM. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional charge.
• When staying with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be presented upon check-in.
• For guests with pets, stay in the apartment section is offered. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / day.
• Non-use of any service does not result in a refund.
• For the youngest, we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding, high chair, bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing table.
