Children Policy Free of Charge
The comfort of our youngest Guests is our priority, so we invite you to familiarize yourself with the children policy rules.

• Stay for children up to 3 years old is FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
• Children sleeping with parents in a shared bed do not receive additional bedding. It is possible to purchase bedding for a child at the price of 30 PLN/stay.
• In case of stay with children, an age verification document must be presented at check-in.

• Indoor pool complex*
  The relaxation and water fun area for the whole family is located on floor -1.
  A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna zone on floor -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grotto.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports space located in the apartment section where fitness classes are held.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: playroom, monkey playground, drawing corner, cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and slot machines here. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, only adults are allowed.

• Albero a la carte Restaurant – traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
  On Christmas Eve 24.12. Albero Restaurant will be closed.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the Eldan Cosmetics brand
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro under Śnieżka – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation area: sauna, hot tub, deck chairs, hammocks, and a cozy barbecue hut. Possibility of sauna master sessions.

• The offer price does not include parking fees on the premises: 30 PLN / day.
• The reception desk is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is only possible until 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, you must contact the reception in advance to arrange a later check-in.
• Hotel day is 16:00 - 11:00. It is possible to extend the hotel day subject to apartment availability, for an additional fee.
• When staying with children, please present a document confirming the child's age upon check-in.
• For guests with pets, we offer accommodation in the apartment section. Pet stay cost: 50 PLN / day.
• Unused services do not entitle you to a refund.
• For the youngest guests, we offer paid amenities: a travel cot with bedding and towels (towel does not apply to children staying for free), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer, and changing mat.
