Free stay policy for children
Our youngest Guests' comfort is our priority, so please read our child policy.
- Children up to 3 stay FREE.
- Children sharing their parents' bed receive no extra bedding. Bedding for a child can be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be shown at check-in.

A space for relaxation and water fun for the whole family is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for little ones and a recreational pool for relaxation and activity. - Sauna area on level -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, plus salt and ice caves. - Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area in the apartment section, hosting fitness classes.

- The facility reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00 - 11:00. Extension is possible subject to apartment availability and an additional fee.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be shown at check-in.
- Guests with pets may stay in the apartment section. Pet fee: PLN 50 / day.
- Failure to use any service does not entitle you to a refund.
