Policy for free-of-charge children
Our youngest Guests' comfort is our priority, so please read our policy regarding children.
- Children under 3 stay FREE. Each accommodated person receives a towel.
- Children sharing a bed with their parents do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child can be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be shown at check-in.

A space for family relaxation and water fun is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for little ones and a recreational pool encourage relaxation and activity. - Sauna zone on level -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, plus salt and ice grottoes. - Exercise room and gym.
A modern sports area in the apartment section, hosting fitness classes.
It also features a pool table – for relaxation and friendly competition. - Kids Club in the apartment section is a land of children's smiles!

- The facility reception is open daily 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. If arriving after 23:00, Guests must contact reception in advance to arrange possible late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. It may be extended subject to apartment availability and an additional fee.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be shown at check-in.
- Guests with pets are accommodated in the apartment section. Pet stay: PLN 50 / day.
- Unused services are non-refundable.
- Paid amenities for the youngest include: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel excluded for free-staying children), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
