- The property reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is available only until 23:00. If you plan to arrive after 23:00, please contact reception in advance to arrange a late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00 - 11:00. Extending the hotel day is possible subject to apartment availability and an additional fee.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child's age must be presented at check-in.
- Guests with pets are accommodated in the apartment section. Pet stay fee: 50 PLN / day.
- Failure to use any included service does not entitle guests to a refund.
- Paid amenities for the youngest guests: travel cot with bedding, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing mat.
