Free Child Policy
The comfort of our youngest Guests is a top priority for us. Please take a moment to review our child-friendly policy:

• Children up to 3 years old stay FREE. Every registered guest receives a towel.
• Children sharing a bed with parents do not receive additional bedding. Bedding can be added for 30 PLN per stay.
• For stays with children, proof of the child’s age is required at check-in.

• Indoor swimming complex*
  A relaxation and water fun space for the whole family is located on the -1 floor.
  A wading pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreational pool conducive to relaxation and activity.
• Sauna area on the -1 floor is a place of deep regeneration.
  Finnish sauna, infrared, steam bath, as well as salt and ice grottos.
• Exercise room and gym.
  A modern sports space located in the apartment section, where fitness classes take place.
• Kids Club in the apartment section is a land full of children's smiles!
  Among the attractions: a playroom, a climbing frame, an artist corner, a cinema room, and Magic Machines.
• Game Room is a place of entertainment not only for children!
  You will find PlayStation consoles, billiards, and arcade games here. We invite you to the main building, 1st floor.

*On Fridays and Saturdays from 20:30 to 22:00, only adults are welcome.

• Albero à la carte restaurant – traditional dishes with a touch of modernity and refreshing drinks.
  On New Year’s Eve (31 December 2025), the Albero à la carte Restaurant will be closed.
• Boutique SPA No. 7 – relaxing treatments and massages under the brand Eldan Cosmetics
• Sports equipment rental – open seasonally
• Bistro under Śnieżka – open seasonally
• Woodhill – private relaxation zone: sauna, hot tub, sun loungers, hammocks, and an atmospheric grill hut. Sauna sessions with a sauna master available.

• The price of the offer does not include the parking fee on the premises: 30 PLN / per day.
• The hotel reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Check-in is possible only until 23:00. Guests planning to arrive after 23:00 must contact the reception in advance to arrange a late check-in.
• Hotel stay is from 16:00 - 11:00. There is a possibility to extend the hotel stay depending on the availability of apartments for an additional fee.
• In case of stay with children, at check-in you must present a document confirming the child's age.
• For guests with pets, we offer accommodation in the apartment section. The cost for a pet's stay: 50 PLN / per day.
• Failure to utilize any benefit does not result in a refund.
• For the little ones, we offer paid amenities: travel cot with bedding and towels (towel not included for children staying free of charge), high chair, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, and changing mat.
