Policy for children staying free of charge
Our youngest Guests’ comfort is our priority, so please read our policy for children.
- Children under 3 stay FREE. Each accommodated guest receives a towel.
- Children sharing a bed with their parents do not receive extra bedding. Bedding for a child may be purchased for PLN 30/stay.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be shown at check-in.
- Indoor pool complex*
A space for relaxation and aquatic fun for the whole family is located on level -1.
A paddling pool with a slide for the youngest and a recreation pool for relaxation and activity. - Sauna area on level -1 is a place of deep regeneration.
Finnish and infrared saunas, steam room, plus salt and ice grottoes. - Gym and exercise room.
A modern sports space in the apartment area, hosting fitness classes.
You will also find a billiards table – for relaxation and friendly competition. - Kids Club in the apartment area is a land of children’s smiles!

- The property reception is open daily from 06:00 to 24:00. Check-in is possible only until 23:00. Guests planning to arrive after 23:00 must contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
- Hotel day: 16:00 - 11:00. Extension is possible subject to apartment availability and an extra charge.
- When staying with children, a document confirming the child’s age must be shown at check-in.
- Guests with pets can stay in the apartment area. Pet stay fee: PLN 50 / day.
- Failure to use any included service does not entitle guests to a refund.
- For the youngest guests, we offer paid amenities: cot with bedding and towels (towel not included for children staying free), high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer and changing table.
