A paddling pool with slide for little ones and a leisure pool encourage relaxation and activity.

Reception is open daily 06:00 to 24:00. Guest check-in is possible only until 23:00. For arrival after 23:00, contact reception in advance to arrange late check-in.
Proof of the child’s age – required at check-in when staying with children.
Hotel day: 16:00–11:00. Extension subject to apartment availability (extra charge).
Pet stay: available in the apartment area. Cost: PLN 50 / day.
Unused services are non-refundable.

At Osada Śnieżka, you will find some of the largest apartments in the Karkonosze, up to 65m² – designed for families, groups of friends, and anyone who wants comfort during a mountain stay.
